Jai HO!!!!!

I was not into politics until recently but some disputes poke me to laugh till my stomach aches and that's why I thought to write . The recent dispute over Academic Award winning score of Jai Ho between BJP and NCP has created a havoc not only in the minds of Politicians but has given a new issue to talk on to the media rritators (the mediators between public and "public").

The advertisers for NCP (JWT to be precise) has taken copyrights of AR Rehman composed Jai Ho from the movie Slumdog Millionaire for whopping Rs 1Crore sum and has warned BJP not to use any lines from the song for her benefit. BJP, as a counter attack, has used Kushal Neta, Nirnayak Sarkaar(Able leader, decisive government) for her campaigns of 2009 elections which are scheduled from April 15th to May 13th.

At first BJP made an insulting comment against NCP for her incompetency and having so many slum-dwellers even after 60 years of independence and then using a term which is already between tug-of-war of the Production team of SM and the slum-dwellers for comparing them with dogs. This is a different story altogether but my opinion says that using any song or term won't give your party a boost (the BJP must have experienced this at the time of previous elections, Remember the Feel Good Factor) and the only thing which will matter is what have you done so far, the irony is people realise it too late (especially the political leaders). After enjoying five years of free income and seeing ups and downs of its fellow countrymen political parties seldom change their attitude towards benefitting the country.

Instead of fighting over an irrelevant point (slogan) if they had used the brains for removing the poverty or atleast upgrading the level of people (not of their party alone) in any manner, I'm sure they wouldn't needed an election. But as the scenario is quite opposite it should be the time is not far when elections have to be conducted each year or for the worse case on monthly basis.

I don't predict the results of the election and hope the deserved candidate wins but it's upon us to elect her/him and we on our own can do it because someone has said, "If you want things better, Do it yourself". We as a country are admired in the world but as individuals we are treated as an idiot and that's because of only us because we don't care who our leader is, who are we following and whether he is leading us in a right direction.

Don't become a fool and use your votes to elect the right candidate so you
won't have to complaint again.

Comments Bhartiyon....

Cheers!
